Prepare a coffee corner as separate appliances, accessories and fragile pieces instead of packing everything together.
Prepare each appliance according to its instructions
List the coffee machine, grinder, scales and any separate water container, then record the models and photograph their condition. Check the manufacturer guidance for shutdown, cooling, cleaning and transport preparation. Do not assume emptying a visible tank removes water from every internal circuit, and do not attempt an improvised internal drain. A plumbed-in machine needs suitable disconnection arrangements rather than being treated as a portable kitchen appliance. For example, a compact capsule machine moving within Givatayim differs from a heavy espresso setup moving to Petah Tikva with a separate grinder and fitted water line. Tell the mover which items are ready for packing and which need technical preparation first. Detachable trays, tanks and other parts should be prepared as the model permits, dried where appropriate and packed so they cannot strike the machine. Keep cleaning liquids out of the equipment carton.
Separate fragile accessories and plan the new counter
Pack cups, glasses, removable containers and small metal accessories in identified packages rather than leaving them loose beside the machine. Keep a list so a missing portafilter, cable or grinder part is noticed before boxes are discarded. Suitable original protective packaging can be useful; if it is absent, agree on cushioning and outer protection for the actual dimensions and weight. Avoid using exposed controls or a protruding handle as a lifting point. Photograph the packed components and mark the intended kitchen location. At delivery, ensure the counter has sufficient space and a suitable power position before unpacking heavy equipment. Check visible condition and accessories together. Reconnection to a water line, servicing and recommissioning are not automatically part of a moving service; specify responsibility in advance. Use the manufacturer instructions before the first operation, especially if the appliance was stored or arrived from a different installation. Keep one simple first-day beverage kit separate so unpacking the full coffee station does not become urgent.
