Record the complete bed before taking it apart
A simple bunk bed, a loft bed with a desk and a frame with storage stairs have different dismantling sequences. Find the model instructions and photograph the assembled bed, ladder position, guards and joining points. Record the dimensions of the largest component that cannot be separated safely. Empty drawers and remove loose belongings so the crew does not discover them while carrying the frame. Ask in advance who will dismantle the bed and what tools or specialist assistance the model needs. Keep the fixings traceable and the bed out of use until checked
